Founder & CEO

Renée Jones is a visionary strategist and transformation expert with more than 20 years of experience guiding enterprise-wide change across the private and nonprofit sectors. She is the Founder and CEO of Red Hills Consulting Group, a boutique management consulting firm delivering strategy, operational excellence, and sustainable impact for mission-driven organizations and forward-thinking companies navigating transformation, growth, and scale.

Founded in 2013 and reimagined through a brand and digital relaunch in 2025, Red Hills Consulting Group reflects Renée’s evolving leadership at the intersection of strategy, equity, storytelling, and responsible innovation. Built on her vision to bring strategic clarity, execution discipline, and social impact under one advisory umbrella, she brings clarity to complexity—helping organizations move from vision to value with confidence and discipline.

Renée has supported and led engagements with global organizations including Walmart, Merck, Burberry, Pfizer, Olaplex, Oxfam, and the Aspen Institute. She has held strategic consulting roles at Deloitte, PwC, and Capgemini; along with finance and PMO (Project Management Organization) leadership roles at the globally recognized Fortune 50 company Johnson & Johnson and iconic brand Revlon, Inc.

As the daughter of immigrants, Renée is deeply passionate about equity and educational opportunity for young people in underserved communities. She serves on the Board of Directors at Tanzania Development Support (TDS), where she Chairs the Evaluation Committee, advancing access to education in rural East Africa through data-driven impact and community-centered strategy.

Renée holds an MBA and MS in Financial Management from the University of Maryland and a BBA in Accounting from Howard University. She is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Six Sigma Green Belt.

Outside of work, Renée is an avid global traveler with an ever-growing bucket list, always seeking immersive cultural experiences that expand her perspective. She is a passionate reader, theater and film lover, and finds balance in nature walks, hikes, and quiet reflection.

🪷 The Story Behind the Name

The name Red Hills holds deep personal significance. I spent part of my childhood living in Red Hills, Jamaica—a hillside community in the parish of St. Andrew, known for its breathtaking views of Kingston, its refreshing breeze, and its connection to nature and culture.

From attending Prep school with close friends to family road trips along the iconic North and South coasts, or to visit my grandfather in the country, my time in Red Hills shaped my early values of curiosity, connection, and resilience.

Today, Red Hills Consulting Group honors those roots—bringing clarity, warmth, and purpose to every client partnership.
